Meet Our founder

Kacper is a licensed Illinois Attorney and Real Estate Agent/Broker. 

Kacper has worked in the real estate industry since he was a teen alongside his father, a top realtor in the state. Eventually Kacper went on to graduate from a top 20 national law school focusing on the study of property and land law. Throughout his legal career he has enjoyed the opportunity to leave his imprint of quality and care on major substantive issues. Kacper has seen success in environmental defense, agricultural anti-trust litigation, worker protection in hazardous industrial environments, employment contract disputes, prosecution of Chicago slumlords, and others. 

Kacper now focuses on helping his clients make proactive choices in home searching, selling, and securing those assets in family and estate planning. His organizational skills as an attorney helps him assist his clients in navigating the real estate market and transactional process. His background in negotiations helps him highlight what leverage his clients have to ensure that they get the best deal they possibly can. Kacper's mission is to foster client relationships that allow both him and his clients to grow together, whether this be their first sale or purchase, or one of many investment properties under their belt.
